Employees have tons of latitude and ownership. Any time someone challenges the way we are doing things, they get a lot of opportunity to fix it.
People are super smart and challenge each other a lot. It's a surprisingly strong team given the lack of external visibility to what we work on.
The company is almost hilariously successful. Our customers totally love us. Every time I am in an Uber and they ask what I do, they tell me how much they love Credit Karma. It's awesome to be in a mission-driven company that really resonates with users and also turns in great revenue numbers.
