The interview process was pretty smooth. There was a phone interview, and then a 3-hour onsite with 4 different people. The questions were average, but the response and feedback after the interview was slow.

TL;DR: If you are Senior and employed, do not apply. (This is from another review I read before I went in for the interview.) Be careful, get everything in writing; nothing should be verbally communicated. A friend who works there sent in my resume
