I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The recruiter was great and the process was standard: 1 screen, and 3 or 4 onsites. What I didn't appreciate was that the system design interviewer was looking for a specific solution, and even though I did well and he told me that he was very impressed, he rejected me. It felt like the reasons were unclear and the feedback was just basic.
