Frontend practical interview, then generic coding interview, then AI assisted coding interview, then systems design interview.
The practical and coding interviews were fine.
The AI assisted coding interview had way too many stages and were testing for the absolute least useful things. AI shouldn't be used to just crank out solutions, it should be used to get an understanding of the code and know how to make precise changes, but the way it's done here just incentivizes blindly asking AI to implement stuff.
The systems design interviewer was horrible at communicating. He seemed to have a list of topics that he wanted to tackle rather than review them in the context of my design, and straight up invented a few requirements after the fact to make them relevant. If he had been more clear about requirements when I asked, it would have gone much smoother.
