The process began with an initial chat with the internal recruiter, which led to a subsequent conversation with the hiring manager. Following that, a challenging, almost open-ended take-home exercise required building numerous API endpoints using Redis. This was then followed by a two-hour technical interview. Despite all these steps, the candidate was ultimately ghosted.
