Second time applying to Crowdstrike. The first time, I did not receive any feedback after the initial HR discussion, and surprisingly, they didn't even record our first interaction.
Sadly, the experience has worsened. 'Nice to Haves' are now seen as 'Required,' despite what the job posting might have led you to believe. Furthermore, the recruiter resorted to snarky comments about work experience when further discussing the matter.
This behavior was completely unprofessional. It's definitely an experience to avoid.
