Pros: Company culture, friendly team, intensive onboarding, very communicative and passionate leadership (very different from previous companies I've worked at), pay, and stock.
Cons: Basically no 401k match (it's teeny), no fully funded health insurance option, no commuting / public transit benefits.

Pros: The Engineering team is nothing short of amazing.
From the sensor team, to the cloud team, to ontology and data science – the best in breed have come here to work. You get to solve tough engineering problems and deal with data at massive scale. The individual talent is among the top in the industry, but the collective brain power and vision is second to none. I am honored to be a part of this team.
Cons: No matching 401k. The office space is a little too open for my taste, but that is being worked on.
