Process
The interview consisted of three one-hour rounds and one take-home assignment.
The interviews were easier than expected. I received positive feedback in all of my rounds, and the interviewers told me they were excited for me to join the team.
I received an offer. However, the recruiter attempted to lowball and down-level me, even though I had positive feedback from my interviewers and applied via a referral.
As a result, I was forced to reject the offer, as my recruiter was more interested in playing games and misleading me regarding the pay range of the position.
