Process
A recruiter approached me online. This was followed by me sending my CV and then an introductory call with the recruiter. These were followed by two phone screens, all within a week.
It's been three weeks, and they haven't reported the outcome of the interviews. Courtesy is missing. I cannot infer anything.
Possibilities:
- I was so pathetic in the interview that they don't care to let me know the outcome because they will never consider me in the future.
- I was okay but not excellent in the interview, and hence they do not want to reject me but are keeping me in contention while they search for new candidates.
- They forgot to communicate that I was rejected.
Not a pleasant experience.

I made a real impact on our business.
Work from home is amazing.
CS is a great entrance into the industry with good software design practices and lots of accountability for engineers.
Cons: The connection between high-level leadership and individual teams can be cumbersome.
The company is beginning to move slowly as it expands and matures its business model. Don't expect to move fast and break things.
C-level leadership is slow to respond to social issues.
