Cons: This was a great place to work. You could speak your mind and actually change things. Now the culture is heavy politics and "do as you're told." Middle management is heavy. When I started, I had 3 layers of middle management between our VP. When I left, I had 7. Very little career growth.

Cons: This was a great place to work. You could speak your mind and actually change things. Now the culture is heavy politics and "do as you're told." Middle management is heavy. When I started, I had 3 layers of middle management between our VP. When I left, I had 7. Very little career growth.
