CS has a great culture that promotes adding value to the customer with everything we do. They encourage collaboration, focus on learning (not mistakes/negatives), promote employees working from home to help with work-life balance, and generally want people to succeed so the company succeeds in its mission.
No complaints from my end.
Keep up the good work!
Call with hiring manager. Asked some basic questions about experience in general, nothing too technical. However, questions were asked once I started describing the project. Some good practices on creating APIs: What are layers when an API is call
5-stage process, including a screening call, three interviews, and an extensive take-home exercise. The take-home exercise was technical but manageable. Only the final interview was hostile; earlier interviews were thorough but fair.
Good interview process. HR was very approachable, though was not able to clarify if the tech round was actually a coding round. It turned out to be a Q&A. No DSA round, just brush up on the basics and you should be good.
