Salary is good, bonuses are small, product is good. I like the idea of the company a lot, actually. I would love to have been a lifer here.
Too many to list. Complaints to HR go to the respective C-Team, and they get notified. Amazing staff get fired for petty reasons, often for complaints against their managers. The management team is abusive, and the environment is toxic, even for remote employees. There is no family time or life balance.
H/R is helpful, but they are unable to do anything, unfortunately.
None. From the Top Level CTO to the bottom tier management, they protect their abusive management team. H/R have their hands tied behind their back by the high-level C-Team. I am sure they'll post some "caring" stuff below. Only if they truly could do anything about the managers.
