Like any big company, a good deal will be determined by your direct manager and their manager, but overall, a good engineering culture exists. Most teams have reasonable roadmaps and work on interesting projects. Work-life balance is a thing.
The roadmap can be dominated by "authoritarianist" requests from leadership. There is a general culture of a "boys club" in the engineering org I was close to and a lack of engineering expertise in middle management.
Focus on developing managers who are actually skilled at their job function, or at least did it decently.
