Good place to be, and the CEO is a smart guy.
Highly political upper management, late hours, and working weekends.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. * Phone screening: one round with the hiring manager and another technical round with the team which is system design. * Onsite: contained 4 rounds including coding, system design, whitepaper,
1 OA, 1 final round with 3 rounds, 2 were behaviors. Technical rounds were not really leetcode style, more practical. I thought it was pretty straightforward. The people were very nice too.
I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, briefly talked about my experience, and he asked detailed questions about my projects. The conversation lasted for 30 minutes. A few days later, I was told not to move forward to the next step.
