Process
Recruiter call followed by two 45-minute technical interviews. Another two 45-minute behavioral and case study type interviews – one with the hiring manager.
None of the interviewers bothered to say hi or hello, or even make small talk. None of them switched on their cameras, but they asked me to turn on my camera and stare at a blank screen for 45 minutes.
They asked a few questions straight out of the textbook and tried to prove they knew more than me. I felt it would be difficult for me to work in such an environment.
