Phone screening, technical phone screening, in-person.
For the second part (technical phone screening), I was sent an email for an interview date which was the same day with no time on it. I sent a response asking what time. I got a response, "Oh, sorry," and it was in two hours from now. I can't believe this! Two hours from now, on the same day, and I'm working. Talk about no prep?
I received a call from an Indian. Can you believe this is how the place is representing itself? He seemed disinterested right away since I was not "Indian." I could tell he didn't even know about Database Development. I really can't believe that this person represents CVS. Seriously, stop with the green card holders just a bit. He just had a few scripted random questions on a sheet. The interview was over before it even began. It was supposed to be one hour, but it lasted 10 minutes. Obviously, I didn't go in for the in-person.
Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I would rate this experience a 0. Failed and broken in every way. Sloppy.
