Technical screen doing a LeetCode-type problem on CoderPad (a pretty cool platform for doing these).

Interviewer was easy to talk to and very thoughtful in the questions they asked about the code.

After that, we talked shop, and through their questions revealed they not only had read my resume but dug deeper and looked at my open-source contributions. This is something I highly value and rarely experience; it made me very excited about the environment they have at CVS.

Asked how the LeetCode I wrote worked for the technical part. Asked about the open-source stuff I have done and how it worked. Explained the technical stack they use and challenges they are facing.
