Tech Interview - The interviewer seemed least interested, with no interest in explaining the question.
A senior Data Engineer conducted the online 45-minute interview.
There will be a third interview with the hiring manager if selected further.
Questions
He just said, "Design a data pipeline." When I started going into detail after thinking and designing for minutes, he just said, "Tell me which components you need and what they are."
Extremely easy Python question, which I explained very well.

A decent place to work, but not very tech-focused

Pros: I worked with some great people.
Cons: They're moving in the wrong direction with tech decisions, pushing forward quickly with little regard for quality or long-term thinking.
Lots of mobile engineers work too much -- nights and weekends, even. This makes little sense since you can't quickly push a production fix to the App Store or Play Store; there's a whole review process that slows things down. So working production support over a weekend as a mobile engineer makes zero sense.
