Pros

Great manager, works with the team to give a good work-life balance and is very accommodating with the choice to be remote. Good 401K match at up to 5% of base. Good amount of PTO for non-exempt staff: 16 days, inclusive of sick time, on start.

Cons

PTO has to be accrued and not allotted Jan 1 of the year like some other employers. Salary is a little lower than industry standard. Health plan is based on an annual deductible and has no copay.
