Pros

Flexibility with schedule when convenient for them. They gave me a hard time about attending my high school prom, but they allowed me to attend college courses with no issues.

Cons

Very closely micromanaged. When management was unhappy, they would cut your hours off the schedule instead of addressing problems. It was cliquey.

Advice to Management

Interview and get to know your "front line" cashiers. These people are the face of your company to many customers. When your "front line" feels valued and appreciated, they will produce better customer service and willingness to take on extra responsibility.
