The company doesn't do as they say
If someone calls in and you want hours, they will work for you for sure.
They will NOT remember or recognize all the extra hours that you have put in when you end up sick and cannot make it to work.
They definitely play favorites.
They talk to you and treat you like a dog.
Management is a joke, and their positions are going to their heads.
Practice what you preach.
