Low Stress, Awful Management
Great low management. Great teamwork. Low traffic, so not as much stress.
Upper management is awful with scheduling.
Have to memorize every department, which is very stressful.
Front end/entire store is often left very understaffed, adding more stress.
Pay is awful. Only had one raise in my 4 years working there because of a global pandemic.
Hire more people.
Add more hours so there are more cashiers on hand.
