None, as I can think of.
Toxic culture. Poor management. No work-life balance. Working extra and not getting paid. Keeping a manager and employees just because they have been with CVS for years.
It should not be legal to ask people to be available 24/7 and not get paid if they work more than 40 hours.
Every week, I am expected to work more than 40 hours.
