After an initial phone screen, there is one round with the director of IT, going over your past project experience, and one round with the team architect, discussing a technical aspect of one of your projects.

Initially, there was a recruiter screening, and then a technical round was scheduled. As far as I remember, there would be another round with other team members, but I haven’t heard back from them.
