Lots of politics. You don't get appreciated for the work you do.

Software Engineer
There was an initial interview. These were composed of screening questions. They asked for more requirements than listed. The technical interview was reasonable. The interviews were around 30 minutes long.

The process was pretty smooth. They asked some behavioral questions, such as "What was the most difficult challenge you ever had?" and also some simple coding questions about how you can fix this code and how you can make it faster.
