I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
HR call, then, technical phone conversation with a developer from the team, asking about my current experience and about my tech stack - state management, React query, performance. Then, a 3 hour assignment in which I had to implement heat map component in a pre-written project they supplied. The task was fair - 2 hours is all you need to answer it.
