Pros: Excellent recruitment process with clear communication and a very professional and friendly team. The interviews were well organized, and the process moved smoothly, and I always felt informed and respected throughout the process.

Cons: No cons so far, and I really enjoyed the recruitment process.

Pros: I find it difficult to describe how Cyera ticks all the boxes that were important to me before joining the company (and still are): excellent people with no ego, an amazing product that I strongly believe in, and great TC. I have a great sense of meaning and hope that we will become big someday.

Cons: Cyera is still a rapidly growing company, so the pace can sometimes be intense. While there's no expectation for weekend or late-night work, the workload can feel demanding compared to larger, more established tech companies (e.g. GAMPA).

Pros: Cyera is a genuinely great place to work. The teams are sharp, helpful, and easy to collaborate with. Leadership is open about priorities and actually listens to feedback. The environment moves fast, but it feels exciting rather than stressful. You can make an impact quickly, learn a ton, and work with people who care about what they do. If you want a place where you can grow and feel valued, Cyera is an awesome choice.

Cons: None so far! What an experience.
