Pros: High talent density, fast time-to-market, and a great selfless culture are what make me feel at home. I love the high energy and high pace at which Cyera handles its business, and the tight loop with the go-to-market team in the US is extremely valuable for getting things done quickly and correctly.

Cons: The same high pace is not for everyone. If you are just looking for a comfortable place of business, working 9-5, then Cyera is not the place for you, in my opinion (at least not in the CTO office).

Pros: Good salary and a good options package.

Cons: Working with smart people and needing to step up

Pros: A very good place to work for, featuring an amazing culture and exciting tech challenges to solve. It is an interesting business with a great opportunity.

Cons: I wish I had joined sooner.
