High talent density, fast time-to-market, and a great selfless culture are what make me feel at home. I love the high energy and high pace at which Cyera handles its business, and the tight loop with the go-to-market team in the US is extremely valuable for getting things done quickly and correctly.
The same high pace is not for everyone. If you are just looking for a comfortable place of business, working 9-5, then Cyera is not the place for you, in my opinion (at least not in the CTO office).
Keep up with the superb recruitment and high demands! It makes me a better self every day!
