High standards, excellent people, truly a great place to work
This is a wonderful place to work. The people are excellent, the standard is genuinely high, and the company's fast growth keeps bringing new challenges and opportunities. There's a great atmosphere built on real collaboration and accountability, and I feel genuinely seen and supported in my own growth. Overall, it is a place that I'd recommend without hesitation.
As the company scales quickly, the workload can get heavy at times - though I'll say management stays genuinely respectful of work-life balance even at that pace.
