Pros: On a professional perspective, I've learned a lot in a short period of time. The company adapts to new technology on the go. On a personal level, I feel that I really belong to the team and the company.

Cons: I don't have anything to mention.

Pros: The people are friendly, eager to help should you require help. They are brilliant and there is so much to learn from each and every one of the colleagues. There's much work to be done, and you won't get bored.

Cons: I was really struggling looking for cons and constructive criticism. The Tel-Aviv office is located in a sub-optimal location and may be an inconvenience for some people. That is the worst thing that I could come up with.

Pros: This is a wonderful place to work. The people are excellent, the standard is genuinely high, and the company's fast growth keeps bringing new challenges and opportunities. There's a great atmosphere built on real collaboration and accountability, and I feel genuinely seen and supported in my own growth. Overall, it is a place that I'd recommend without hesitation.

Cons: As the company scales quickly, the workload can get heavy at times - though I'll say management stays genuinely respectful of work-life balance even at that pace.
