Process

A total of 7-9 interviews is typical for a unicorn or technology-based company, akin to those like AWS, Microsoft, or Google.

Each interview was structured to challenge and test candidates on their technical skills, morale, and cultural fit.

First 3 Interviews: "Who you are, what you do, and what you are capable of?"

Test & Architecture Round: "How much can you push yourself and how much can you think?" The test consists of several challenges and may take a week or two, depending on the role applied for. The architecture design round tests your thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Last 3 Interviews: This round focuses more on your in-person persona and whether you'll be a fit. Consider this as someone interviewing you for a brotherhood or the X-Men

After all interviews are completed, a final round determines selection, and then the process begins.

This process is also considered "5-star" or "7-star" because they conduct deep background checks on all fronts, validating everything you've stated in the interviews before extending an offer.

Personally, whenever I passed a round, my morale and enthusiasm were boosted, as it does sound like a brotherhood, and they truly seek like-minded people to work within the company.
