I had an HR screening interview.
During the interview, the HR representative seemed completely uninterested in what I was saying, looking at the wall. The main question was to describe my experience from the beginning, which felt strange to spend 30 minutes of an interview describing junior roles.
The interviewer could not explain what she was interested in and asked me to describe what I did on projects. When I started naming some of the technologies we'd used, she said she didn't want to listen because she didn't understand anything about technology.
So, I ran through my responsibilities and, at a high level, described projects and my contributions. The interviewer did not ask any clarifying questions about anything.
The next day, I received a rejection letter.
