Process
I was initially referred and approached by the hiring manager before any formal interviews.
The first formal round was a recruiter screen to determine role fit and explain the hiring process. Once a fit was confirmed, I could choose how long I'd like to prepare before interview scheduling.
Eventually, I was fast-tracked, and they scheduled four interviews in a single week: two technical rounds and two behavioral rounds. All four were 60 minutes long.
Technical rounds:

Manager rounds:
- People & Hiring: Conversation about how I've built thriving teams in the past.
