Process
I was referred to Databricks by an ex-colleague who now works for them. The interview process was very straightforward:
- 15-minute recruiter interview
- 30-minute hiring manager interview
- 1-hour technical interview
- Coding interview (via CodeSignal)
- 1-hour panel presentation
- 30-minute debrief with hiring manager & recruiter
Overall, the process was really well organized. I knew what to expect and what the timelines for each step were. They wanted to complete the cycle before the Christmas holidays and were very swift with organizing meetings and getting people to do the interviews. The entire thing took about 3 weeks.
