Smart colleagues and good opportunities, but moves slow
Software Engineer • Current Employee
July 21, 2026
Pros: - A lot of smart people
- Good career opportunities
Cons: Technical debt and platform constraints are more significant than you'd guess from the outside, and x-team dependencies and legacy infrastructure mean things move slower than the size and funding of the company would imply.

Solutions Architect • Current Employee
Amsterdam, Netherlands
February 21, 2022
Pros: Quite honestly, this is the best company I have worked for. Everyone that I came across is nice and open.
New products are launched quite frequently, and I haven't come across a single customer who doesn't like or is not satisfied.
There are opportunities to learn about many different topics and parts of the product (the challenge is finding time for that).
Senior management is quite transparent and understanding.
Overall, an awesome experience so far.
Cons: Things can be a bit chaotic sometimes, which is expected given the current growth.
