Cons: Growing pains on the sales side with processes. Too many layers of management. Sales management is not strong. Yes, the technology can be complex, but a rising tide can allow weak members to look like stars and get promotions.

Cons: The medical plan needs to improve. Dental plan needs to improve. The meal allowance needs to improve.

Pros: Leadership (not just the execs, but even directors and managers) is humble even as they set an ambitious vision for the future. Work gets busy in spurts, but overall the balance with life outside of work is ideal for me. Really smart teammates who are all willing to help. I'm not sure there's another company with so many resources (courses, readings, and teammates) to help with career growth. If you want to be surrounded by the best and smartest people in data, and you want to push yourself, Databricks is a great place.

Cons: This space changes so fast it can be hard to keep up with new developments.
