I applied in November and after a few days, I received a Codesignal online test. After completing the test, they went silent. I would have appreciated at least an email with a rejection.
Questions

Pros: - Remote friendly
- Strong compensation and perks/benefits
- Extremely transparent company/CEO, which is honestly so nice.
- Very smart and capable colleagues.
- Generally quite good code quality
Cons: - No 401k match, I think.
- Work-life balance is tough in a company that is trying to grow as much as we are. But that's what we signed up for.
