Online problem-solving round. Even though the problem was solved correctly and the interviewer congratulated me, there was no feedback on a rejection. The interviewer expected memorized Java APIs. The recruiting team exhibited very snobbish behavior, and overall, it was a waste of time as there was no constructive feedback.

The culture is all-inclusive, and you can share your opinion with pretty much anyone.

Pros: Read all of the existing Glassdoor reviews about rocketship growth, great opportunity for careers, and the rock-solid leverage the company has in the data science industry. They are all true.
The company is growing fast and the ceiling seems nonexistent. If you are looking for a challenge and want to learn and enhance your data science skills, then this is the place to be.
Cons: Read all of the negative reviews about lack of work-life balance, incompetent workforce management, and narcissistic influencers. Do not be naive; this is also true.
This job requires 24/7 engagement for success. Expect this, be prepared for it, and you will thrive.
