I was invited to Brickfest and received a free interview from that event. The interview was slightly harder than I expected at Brickfest, but still pretty easy overall (LeetCode medium-ish).
It was suggested that the interview would focus on implementation-type questions rather than LeetCode problems, but it was still LeetCode-style. After passing, I was aggressively pressed by the recruiter about my other offers and interview processes. This reflected poorly on the company culture, as a few of my friends had a similar experience.
I would have completed the final onsite to see what they were offering, but the 5-hour total duration was too long. I'd rather spend that time prepping for my other interviews, so I dropped out.
However, the interviewers were nice and Brickfest was fun.
