Process
The interview was longer than usual, beyond the initial recruiter screening. It included:
- Technical prescreen
- Behavioral interview with the Hiring Manager
- Onsite interviews covering algorithms, system design, coding, and another behavioral interview with a different Hiring Manager
- A take-home coding assignment that took a day to complete.
The process took a while, but the recruiter was very communicative. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: Most healthy work environment I've ever been in. The work is interesting to me, the leadership is approachable and receptive to feedback, and the company trajectory is great. There's a reason very few people leave.
Cons: Doesn't have the name-brand recognition outside of the big data space.
