Pros: Working with like-minded folks who are super talented. Staying up to date with the latest and greatest in the space of Data and AI. Product and engineering teams are accessible and incredibly talented.
Cons: The go-to-market team has changed completely in the last two years. We now have corporate overlords from AWS and other cloud providers running the ship. The startup culture is slowly disappearing, and work gets done by pointing fingers at salespeople.
