Pros: Smartest people I've ever worked with. Absurdly open, the CEO is more transparent than anyone I've seen at any company of any size, and has a huge amount of trust in the team. Healthy debate on all points is welcome and expected. Collaboration across teams and departments is awesome.
Cons: Little internal documentation.
Aggressive deadlines sometimes mean that work-life balance can be challenging, though this varies from team to team.
Some processes are messy, or there is no process yet.
Legacy software can be a bit challenging sometimes.
Mostly growing pains, and will be addressed in time.
