Pros: 1. You'll constantly learn new subjects, not just on Databricks but also on all related products on the market.
2. No competition in Field Engineering. Actually, everyone is willing to help you get to your answer ASAP.
3. Amazing company culture.
Cons: Not a con, but more a fantastic challenge. You have to keep up with the speed the product and the market is growing. Every single day, you need to be at your top performance, or you will stay behind.
