Outstanding culture, even with WFH. Management communication is frequent and transparent. It's refreshing. Excellent long-term outlook for the company. Competitive comp and benefits. Work with incredibly intelligent and passionate coworkers.
Lack of clarity on IPO timeline (expected, somewhat) Growing pains coming with the startup becoming a public company No 401k match
Excellent work with respect to transparency and frequency of communication. Most employees would appreciate a 401k match, but that is a large expense for a high-growth company, so it's understandable. Continue to be transparent about the IPO, as that is of paramount interest to most employees.

Rejected in the last round as they found a cheaper candidate. No concrete feedback has been shared yet. There were many rounds to prepare a candidate, but then there is no proper feedback which helps you get an offer.
The process consisted of six rounds over nearly two months, including: * A take-home technical coding assignment * Technical deep dive (Spark, cloud, architecture) * Project delivery discussion * Architecture & SME panel * Executive round
