- The RSA training program was amazing.
- Everyone pulls their weight.
- Great incentive and pay package.
- Clearly defined goals that get reiterated all the time, with everyone steering in the same direction.
RSAs operate at the edges of the business. The role can make you feel distant from what's going on at HQ.
Product and support can be challenging to work with. Neither wants to be talking to RSAs because they have too much going on. Be prepared to be on your own for the most part.
