Don't appear for an interview and waste your time. Some of the folks will open Google and start asking you questions on Salesforce. So, it's better to invest your time in a better company.
No pros. Long waiting interview process. It takes 1-2 months for the whole interview process. Developers are still fine, but the management is very poor.
