• Active founder involvement (rxin, ali, patrick, etc).
• Very interesting technology and opportunities to work on cutting-edge stuff.

• Poor work-life balance. On-calls can be painful, and there's a lot to do without a ton of support. This is not clearly a priority of management.
• Base salary is lower than at top companies, with the expectation that equity has high upside.
• Not a diverse team. This is not a clear priority from management.

Follow up on culture surveys and communicate the changes we're making in response to those surveys regularly.

Check in on whether the changes you're making are having the intended impact. Be consistent in your messaging across departments (e.g., regarding work-life blend).
