Pros

The technical people are advanced in their skill sets.

Cons

Sales in Databricks are seen as "Top Dogs" who essentially can get away with anything. For example, I saw rudeness, aggression, and intimidation directed at Databricks customer partners, and nothing was done about it. There was also bullying from Sales Leads (AEs), and not only will you get no support, but you will be blamed for any issues.

Working here affected my mental health badly. The manipulation and narrative, particularly those protected people strung, was infuriating.

Micromanagement was a daily hassle, as was diary snooping, thus evidencing an obvious lack of trust and suspicion between AEs, senior management, and field engineers/SAs.

Advice to Management

Take care of staff. Throwing stocks in front of them will only take you so far.
