Databricks is on the cutting edge of technology. The product is complex, and there are lots of opportunities for growth. The culture is collaborative, and I've been impressed with managers who want to understand and support my career goals. Leadership is very transparent. This is a high-growth company – things change fast, and there are growing pains as teams keep up. This is expected and hasn't been a negative for me. If you can adapt to change and are willing to adopt to fill in gaps where needed, it's a great place to be.

The interview process is too extensive. I did well in the initial steps and technical assessment, then they decided not to move forward without any feedback. I was very excited about the opportunity, but I am disappointed with the company's approach.
A technical assignment involving PySpark, Spark SQL, and Spark ML. A technical interview with a team member. A presentation interview with a group of coworkers to understand your technical selling capabilities.
